How Nova works
You do step three, for as long as the website is part of your business. Everything else Nova gives you comes with it.
Pick a brand new build, or point us at the WordPress, Wix or Squarespace site you already have. We rebuild it as fast static HTML on our hosting, usually in two working days.
Every heading, paragraph, image and link becomes a click-to-edit region. Your menu, footer and SEO details are editable too. The layout stays locked so nothing can break.
Open your site in the editor, click any text, image or button, change it and hit publish. Need a blog? Use the block editor for headings, paragraphs, images, columns and FAQs. That is the whole workflow.

What it is
Nova CMS, sometimes written NovaCMS, is the content management system built into every website DPOM hosts or builds. You log in, open a page and change it where it sits.
Nova is our own CMS. It is made for the websites DPOM builds, so there are no plugins, no themes and nothing to learn beyond clicking and typing. Your text, images, menus, blog posts and SEO details are all editable, and the layout stays locked.
What it costs
If DPOM hosts or builds your website, Nova comes with it. Rent a website from £49 a month + VAT, or ask us for a quote on a custom build.
For a custom build we quote a one-off set-up fee, then a monthly fee that covers hosting, security and editing by you. You can clone an existing site or build a new one from scratch, with unlimited pages, blog posts and team logins.

We can design and build a new site for you in HTML, then import it into Nova so you can manage it from day one. The price depends on the size of the build, so it is worth a quick call, or you can price a rented website yourself.
Yes. You point your domain at our hosting and the site loads from your own web address, not ours. While we set it up the site sits on a preview address so you can test it before the domain is switched over.
Page addresses stay the same when we move a site. We carry over your meta titles, descriptions, canonical tags and any redirects, and you can edit all of them in Nova.
No. If they can use Microsoft Word, they can use Nova. You open the page, click the bit you want to change, type the new text and click publish. There are no settings panels or template files to learn.
